Apartment & Unit Cleaning in Brisbane
Apartments and units clean differently to houses. Compact galley kitchens, combined living spaces, balconies exposed to Brisbane’s dust and storms, and the logistics of intercoms, visitor parking and shared lifts all change the job. We clean apartments day in, day out, and plan each visit around how your building actually works. Every clean is handled personally by Jordan and a small, police-checked, fully insured team.
What’s different about cleaning an apartment
A house clean and an apartment clean are not the same job. Here’s where apartments need a different approach:
• Compact & galley kitchens — tight benches, integrated appliances, and rangehoods that vent into a small space, so grease builds up fast and needs proper degreasing rather than a quick wipe.
• Combined living/dining — open-plan zones where floors, skirting and glass all sit in one line of sight, so finish and consistency matter more than in a large home.
• One or two bathrooms doing all the work — heavy-use ensuites and mould-prone shower recesses in Brisbane humidity.
• Balconies & sliding doors — see the dedicated section below; this is the area most cleaners skip and most tenants get pulled up on.
• Storage-smart layouts — built-in robes, cupboards and European laundries that need to be cleaned as part of the lot, not overlooked.
Balconies & outdoor areas
Your private balcony or courtyard is part of your apartment, and it’s the first thing an inspecting agent looks at. We clean sliding door tracks, glass balustrades, tiled or timber flooring, railings and your outdoor furniture — clearing the pollen, dust and storm grime that Brisbane apartments collect year-round.
However, these services are included as part of a deep cleaning and are optional extras, so the price may vary depending on your selection.
Building access & body corporate
We’re set up for apartment logistics so your clean runs smoothly:
• Access — intercom/buzzer entry, key or fob collection, and concierge sign-in where required. Just let us know the process when you book.
• Parking & lifts — we work around visitor parking, loading zones and goods-lift bookings for larger or end-of-lease cleans.
• Insurance & compliance — the team is police-checked and carries public liability insurance, which many buildings require before a contractor can work on site. We can provide details for your building manager.
• By-laws — we work within noise and access hours set out in your building’s by-laws.
Moving out? Apartment end-of-lease & bond cleans
Getting your bond back on an apartment comes down to detail: inside the oven and rangehood, exhaust fans, window and sliding-door tracks, blinds, wardrobe interiors, bathroom mould, and that easily-forgotten balcony. We clean to the standard agents expect against your entry condition report.
Do you clean common areas?
We clean the inside of your apartment plus your private balcony or courtyard. Shared common property — lobbies, corridors, lifts and shared gardens — is normally maintained by your body corporate through its own contractor, so that’s not part of a standard apartment clean. If you manage a building and need common areas cleaned, contact us separately and we’ll talk through a schedule.
Types of apartment clean
Time & pricing
A regular clean of a 1–2 bedroom Brisbane apartment usually takes [2–3] hours; an end-of-lease apartment clean takes longer because of the detail involved. Every apartment is different, so we quote after a quick chat about size and condition. Quotes are free and no-obligation.
What apartment clients say
Apartment Cleaning — FAQs
Do you clean apartment balconies?
Yes — your private balcony or courtyard is part of the clean, including sliding-door tracks, glass balustrades, flooring and outdoor furniture. However, these services are included as part of a deep cleaning and are optional extras, so the price may vary depending on your selection.
Can you do an end-of-lease clean for my unit?
Yes. We clean apartments to the standard agents expect for bond return, checked against your entry condition report. See our Bond Cleaning page for the full checklist.
How do you handle building access and parking?
Tell us your building’s process when you book — intercom, key/fob, or concierge — and we’ll work around visitor parking and lift bookings.
Are you insured for my building’s requirements?
The team is police-checked and carries public liability insurance. We’re happy to provide details for your building manager or body corporate.
Do you clean shared hallways and lobbies?
A standard clean covers inside your apartment and your private balcony. Shared common property is usually handled by the body corporate’s contractor — but building managers are welcome to contact us for a separate quote.
How long does an apartment clean take?
A 1–2 bedroom apartment regular clean is usually [2–3] hours. End-of-lease cleans take longer due to the extra detail.
