What's the difference between bond cleaning and a regular clean?
A bond clean (also called an end of tenancy clean) is a deep, checklist-based clean that meets Queensland real estate inspection standards. It covers areas a regular clean doesn’t — inside ovens, inside cupboards, window tracks, exhaust fans, grout scrubbing, and more. A regular clean maintains a property; a bond clean restores it to move-in condition.
Do you guarantee I'll get my bond back?
We guarantee our work meets REIQ exit condition report standards. If any cleaning item on the agreed checklist is flagged by your agent within 72 hours of our clean, we return to re-clean that area at no extra charge. Note: bond disputes can arise for reasons beyond cleaning (damage, rent arrears, etc.) which are outside our control.
How long does a bond clean take?
Typical Brisbane rental properties take between 4–8 hours depending on size and condition. A 2-bedroom apartment usually takes 4–5 hours. A 4-bedroom house can take 6–8 hours. We’ll give you a time estimate with your quote.
Do I need to be present during the bond clean?
No — many tenants give us access via key or lockbox and collect the keys after. We’ll send you a written report when we’re done so you know exactly what was cleaned.
Do you clean carpets as part of bond cleaning?
We vacuum and spot-treat carpets as part of our standard bond clean. Professional steam carpet cleaning is a separate service — your lease may require it. Let us know when booking and we can advise or refer you.
