What does an end of lease clean include?

Our end of lease clean covers the entire property: all rooms, kitchen (including inside oven, rangehood, cupboards), bathrooms (tiles, grout, shower screens, toilets), windows (interior, tracks, sills), floors (vacuum, mop, spot-treat carpets), and all built-in cabinetry and light fittings.

Both services prepare a property for handover. ‘Bond cleaning’ emphasises getting your bond deposit back; ‘end of lease cleaning’ is the broader term for the full exit clean. Our service covers both — we clean to the standard required for a full bond refund.

We recommend booking at least 3–5 days before your handover date. For end of month bookings (when demand is highest), 1–2 weeks notice is ideal.

If your agent raises cleaning issues within 72 hours of our service, contact us immediately. We’ll return to re-clean the flagged areas at no additional cost.

We prefer the property to be fully vacated before we start — it allows us to clean every surface including under furniture and in wardrobe bases. If you need to stagger your move and clean, contact us to discuss options.
